Leave accrual has stopped

Hello, I am trying to do the pays this morning and have noticed that our annual and personal leave are not accruing anymore. We have just purchased a new computer so I am thinking it may have somwething to do with that. I have compared the leave entitlement set ups against our old computer and everything looks the same. Can someone help me please? 😭

It will be due to an incorrect configuration - either on a relevant Payroll Item or within the employee records.

If it was previously accruing & has now stopped, it sounds like you have a max limit entered in the employee leave tab, here:

This should be BLANK … otherwise it’s telling the system to stop accruing, once leave reaches that figure!

Could you please confirm if there is a new pay item on that pay? If so, can you verify whether it is configured to accrue leave?
