What's next for Reckon One?

We want Reckon One supporting you and your business the best it can. For us, that means involving our customers at every step of the way - from hearing where Reckon One is and isn't supporting you, ideas and feedback you may have, and input along the development process.

Tell us what's going on 🙋‍♀️

You can do this via a couple of ways:

if you need technical support, you can raise this on the Community, and/or with a Reckon Support staff member. There are lots of people willing to help you.
we frequently have surveys running inside Reckon One (and sometimes by email), asking you for your feedback. These can range from quite general, to a very specific feature that we're about to work on, or have just released.

Share what outcome you need (and currently can't get) 💡

Right here on the Community, you can submit ideas for Reckon One, based on how you need it to work. Need to get information you can't currently? Need to add more fields to a form to better represent your business? We are always checking the Ideas Portal, and the number of votes. If you see an idea that you agree with (or the idea is already represented), then add a vote.

Give your input along the development process 👥

After we've selected what to work on (based on a mixture of customer feedback, and compliance needs), we then want to hear more detail from our customers to verify our direction. This means you could join us for:

a discussion on what needs to change
input on how the new/enhanced functionality may work
- We host our research activities on UserTesting, a research platform, which enables us to 💰 easily pay you for your time 💰 with each Reckon study you participate in. UserTesting incentivises via your PayPal account, from USD$5* for a short 5 min study, to USD$60* for an hour interview.
- Create an account, answer some Reckon profile questions, and then look out for emails from UserTesting to join a study. Completing your Reckon profile ensures you are only contacted for studies you are eligible for, making them relevant to you.

I've posted about this previously but I've been very impressed with all the new updates that have been coming out to Reckon One lately in Rav's announcements.

Particularly ideas that get raised here actually being worked on and made available has already helped me out.

I love hearing that @SydneyFlow! 🥳 That is our intention with what we are doing - helping our customers out when they are using Reckon One. So much of what Rav has been announcing lately has originated from customer ideas and feedback - and with some big improvements still to come in the reports and banking areas (plus some brand new features to Reckon One) - it's an exciting space to not only watch, but play a big role in by sharing your feedback!
