Hello Im trying to upload my STP for today but I cannot find it. It has not saved in usual place. Can anyone please help me with this? My staff are waiting for their pay is all.

You can still pay everyone - Your payment isn't directly linked to the STP lodgement.
When you install a new desktop version of Reckon Accounts , it also creates a new set of subfolders in that new location - including the STP one - so by default it is now directing exports to there.
Do you have a shortcut to the previous "STP Files" folder where you used to save them ?
The default install path is normally:
C:\Program Data\Reckon\Reckon Accounts xxxx (or vxx)\Accounts [Edition] xxxx (or vxx)\[Your Company Name]\Export Files\STP Files\

you can export the STP again and look carefully at where itβs going to save it before you click save. You can save it to the desktop for easy access

no not at all, unless you import into Gov Connect it does nothing
