How do I manually open the cash draw when I dont have the key and without calling up a sale Is ther

On the manual registers there is a yellow button and the draw opens  So is there button in Rekon Point of sale lite 2014 that I can push and the draw opens no questions?  I mean I have the key and thats cool but not very slick  Any advice welcome  had a jolly good google but no good.

    Have you tried 'No Sale'?

    Yes in fact I was are this was the button that use to do it but when it is pushed it comes up as function not an accepted entry.  oh well might need a good reboot.  Its nothing to stress about.  Cheers

    HI M & J Partyz,

    Yes as Rik Dillon said, the 'No Sale' key will open the cash drawer.

    Please also check that the option 'Open the Cash Drawer' hasn't been un-ticked.

    To check this go to Tools > Options > Keyboard > Design Touch Keyboard Layout > Double-click on the No Sale key > On the right-hand side make sure the box 'Open the Cash Drawer' is ticked. If it's not then please tick it > Apply > OK > (on screen behind) > Apply > OK > (on screen behind) > OK

    Yes found the issue in a buffer overrun from the hardware flow control.  Very isolated incident all sorted out THANKS AGAIN TO ALL ASSISTANCE!  Party on!
