    no I haven't had a chance to look at the video, we are trying to work out the best way to keep track on one Large project (which will go for as long as 4 years) - trying to find a way to look at the BUDGET costs that have been allowed for, as well as the Actual Costs received from our Suppliers in Invoice form (as well as showing the PO's that are still to be invoiced).  Also watch our Estimate & continual Progress Claims that will be made, so we keep track of the amount left to invoice to the customer etc (also we will have variations along the way too - so we need to see what they are & when they are to be invoiced).  Can labour from certain employees (there are 3 employees that will spend their weeks at the project only, no other job, so we don't enter in Timesheets as such, but their weekly wage cost will be directly a cost to this one project).

    yes , thats what the tool does, i have worked as an accountant for builders for many years , so all these tools are developed with their input.

    I've spoken to you in the past (last year?) when we were trying to get an add on for Quickbooks Hosted, but none was available.  So are you saying this about would be integrated with Quickbooks Hosted online?

    depending , if you got only one  project to track then its manageable, we cant penetrate to RAH due to RAH API . We are limited, for one or 2 jobs yes, you may need to wait for few seconds more to get data refresh from RAH compared to desktop environment.

    HI Sonia, one option is to once a week you download your data file from RAH , and use JoB MASTER Tool to do your reviews, while the live data can be still used in RAH. So this way there is no disturbance or hold back.

    thank you! When is Reckon going to provide an integrated program for Hosted? Been waiting for so long, looking into changing to Simpro and Xero, as they offer this already?
