My price histories have been lost when upgrading from Reckon H&B 2014 to 2015

I upgraded from Reckon Home & Business 2014 to 2015 in December 2014.  I have been doing various bookkeeping work, but haven't done anything on my shares until now.  To my absolute horror I have just discovered that every single share price history has disappeared from my database .

I can put the current values back in, but that is simply not good enough.

My Historical Net Worth reports and Investment History reports are ALL wrong. I have been keeping my history in Quickbooks/Reckon since 1993, and every single year since then is now incorrect and completely unreliable.

I cant roll back, because I have 2-3 months of bookkeeping (trust me, it's a heap!!) in two files.

What do I do?

stand down.  Figured out somehow I had managed to lose my .QPH file.  Have restored just that file from backup and all is well. Phew!

do you have a backup copy of your .QPH file?  If you do, just copy it in to the folder with your other files and it will be ok...

Hi Colin, I'm just an end user who happened to figure out how to fix that particular problem.I havent used windows 10 yet so cant give you step by step instructions....but this is what it looks like on my Win 7 PC.  when I replaced that file everything worked for me.  If that doesnt work for you I am really sorry you'll just have to wait for someone else to help you.
