Reckon Support is NON existent.
I have attempted over 6 weeks to get some sort of sense in the way they want STP to set up.
I am using STP on other software that was a breeze to install.
Have been a paid up member of Accounts Premiere for over 10 years and the one time I need help it is non existent.

at this time of year and with STP tech support are flat out and doing their best.
have you searched this community for your problem there are 1000's of posts re STP and set up, and issues

Done it all ... and guess what ... I am FLAT out too ... our software package PREMIER is not even listed to start ... a human voice would be fabulous

You need to describe what problem or stage you are having issue with so someone can help you.
search the community for your problem 'advance search' premier.
Someone will be able to help and Tech support monitor this community1 -
I feel this. I couldn't get through at all. When the answering service finally picked up I it was a pre-recorded message saying they are at capacity and to come here and then hung up.
I appreciate they are busy but I didn't even know until I got an email from the ATO TODAY about this finalisation thing. No emails about updates, processes absolutely nothing. So now ive done the wrong thing back in mid-June unknowingly which Kwikbooks has been kind enough to give me an answers on but i've been trawling through here all day and checking the knowledge base with no luck.
Its good to have people like Kwikbooks willing to help and i'm SUPER appreciative but really Reckon should have issued a bulletin about this months ago. Or maybe they did but I never received it so its just not good enough. half of these STP problems people are asking about would have been resolved if we had all known the processes long before EOFY. Not to mention you have to PAY for Reckon support. Its not a free service for your product its part of your subscription.0 -

I agree, I have read that they are not going to make a song and dance about it and thereโs plenty of time to catch up. Frustrating that you canโt get through to Reckon, but things will settle down eventually and Rav and all these people on this forum have been doing a great job.1

This is rare but I agree with Kevinlol. don't panic!
lets establish some facts - if you don't have support available I take it you are on an older version of Reckon.- What product and version are you on
- How many employees do you have
- If you didn't get emails then you need to login with your member number and update your records, they may not have correct email address.
