View or not view emails before sending

I have seen with many differnet users differnet scenarios when emailing form Reckon Accounts.
I would like to know why this happens.
Desktop version & Hosted.

- Invoice or report - Click email - item goes imediately with very little change to the screen.
- Invoice or report - Click email - this opens a new email with all email address and the item attached as an attachement - we then clck Send - and it goes.

Hi Judy,
Welcome to the Reckon Community!
It seems that the difference you noted with the email scenario may be due to the Pre?ferences. Go to the Online preferences and see "Display each email when sending more than one".
When ticked, it will preview the email awaiting to be sent, otherwise, it will send it immediately.
