Why can't the admin user log into the Business Premier company file?

admin user cannot log in gets error code 1365821780 on reckon premier professional

    Hi Sharon,

    Sorry to hear of your difficulties getting into your file.

    Can other users login without difficulty?

    Try having all users exit the file and close their Accounts Business, then launch one and have the Admin User try to access again.  

    If the problem with the Admin User only persists then you will need to call Technical Support as the Admin user profile may have become corrupted.
