How do i restore the tilda symbol on a Datalogic touch 65 scanner?

Datalogic Scanner - does not add the tilda to the barcodes after confiruation using setup barcodes from Reckon.
Does anyone have an answer to this please.

Hi Judy,

Thank you for your question.

If you scan onto notepad, the correct function should display a tilda symbol (~), the barcode number(123456789) and a carriage return (the cursor to return to the left side on the next line, shown in the example below:

 ~123456789
 |

You will need to refer to the DataLogic Touch 65/90 Light Quick Reference Guide, and scan specific barcodes in there to get back the tilda.
