How do I correct a 'Quicken Failed to install - Exit Code: 30' error?

Bought new desktop. Trying to install on new computer as the old will be gifted to the kids.  It goes through the install process but I then get an error title "Quicken failed to install - Exit Code: 30".

Running windows 8.  Have Reckon PersonalPlus 2013.

Any ideas?
