why are some fields missing from the Begin Reconciliation window?

I am attempting to reconcile a bank account for the first time with accounts pro 2013 and there are no fields for service charges or interest in the begin reconciliation window.

    Unfortunately Reckon Accounts don't have the features, you need to do a write check if you want to see the bank charges or interest when you reconcile.

    Does this also apply to Quickbooks Premier 2011-12?
