Senor Printer prints "ATATATATATATATATAT" repeatedly

Senor receipt printer repeatedly prints the letters ATATATATATAT , (about 60cm of receipt roll paper overnight) if the POS terminal window is closed. (not minimised) I have pulled the plug out and replugged and shut down etc to no avail. If the POS terminal window is left open after end of day it does not happen. Any ideas?

    Have you tried reinstalling the receipt printer drivers?

    Thanks Rob but the outlet I bought it from said that there are no drivers for the receipt printer ??

    thank you John, tried this but the attampted update told me the drivers were up to date.....    still ATATATATATATATATATATTATATATATATATAATAT

    Hi Raisa,

    Your next step is to do a Test Print - see your printer's manual.  Are there any indications of a fault?

    Then uninstall and reinstall of the receipt printer. Reboot your PC after uninstalling.

    Test it again. If you still have a problem then call Reckon Technical Support for further one-to-one assistance.
