    Hi James,

You could open the logo in a third party program, such as paint or Microsoft Office Picture Manager if you have it and reduce the size of the picture to reduce the size of the file.

    Kind Regards,

    Yes James,
Your logo cannot be any larger than 200kb.

    regards,
    John

    OK then James,

If Account Business is looking for a picutre, and you never loaded one, then delete the logo box.  Enter a new one and attach your logo picture file.

Your picture file must be in its special folder - its with your company file in a folder called "CompanyFileName - Images.

BTW, you can load larger picture files, but the larger they are the more time it will take to print.

    Hope this helps,

    regards,
    John

    Try this James....

On Basic Customisation screen, under Logo & fonts, untick Use logo

then go into the Designer Layout and delete the image field.

    regards,
    John

Am having the same problem with my version which they tell me is too old ( 2011/12) to get phone support. I opened a stored file on my laptop and lost the logo on the invoice. Back home now I use the last backup from my laptop on my PC and there is no logo on the invoice anymore. When I want to change it with above methods, I get the same message, too big a file.... tried it on both laptop and PC..... what can I do?
    Kind Regards
    Iris

    Hi Iris,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

If you still have a problem after following these steps, then I suggest you do the following.
    1. Make a new backup of your company file.
    2. Delete the logo from this invoice and any other document that is using this logo (statements, etc)
    3. Rebuild and then then Verify the file (File > Utilities > .....)
    4. If you do not get the message "No erros found", follow-up on the errors.
    5. Add your logo back onto your invoice.
Hope all will be well again.

    regards,
    John
