Why can't I open my company file after a crash? I get the error (-6010,0).

My computer aborted Quickbooks today and I cant get back in. It gives a message (-6010,0) and suggested I contact you. Can you give me some idea of how to correct the problem.

Hi Neil,

Sorry to hear of your problem.

This error is associated with internet security systems and internet monitors blocking Accounts Business processors. Making these processors exceptions in your security systems should eliminate the problem.
