Reckon Accounts Hosted not starting

Our software isn't starting when we try to login, we've tried it on two different machien the smae issue occurs on both our account is qbi\0714298-1

Welcome to the Reckon Community.
Thanks for the heads up. Yes, the Hosted system is experiencing some slowness at the moment which may also result in some instances of the programme not launching as it "times out".
Our IT staff are working on the issues right now and we expect to have normal speeds restored soon.
Will keep you informed.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your patience. The issue has now been resolved so you should be able to access Hosted without a problem now.
Please check that you can access without difficulty.
