How do I set up automatic updates for this program? I tried to follow the instructions I found on the website but NO QuickBooks Update appears on my FILE menu????

Hey Deborah,

Automatic update features were discontinued some time ago.

Also as this is a sunsetted version and is no longer supported; no work has been done on it in quite some time.

If you would like to access the latest features, you would need to upgrade to a current version.
