copy supplier details to new file

We have opened a new business and I've started a new file in Reckon Accounts Plus 2013. I downloaded the supplier list from the old file into Excel but cannot see how to upload it.

Hi Angela,

Welcome to the Reckon community.

It is better to export the Supplier list - and indeed all lists - through the File > Utilities > Export > List to IIF file.

Then import that file by File > Utilities > Import > IIf files.
