Australian Stock indices not downloading

I understand from one of the FAQ's that the ASX made a technical changes to their end of day files which has meant that these values can no longer be included in the Reckon Accounts investments download. Is there any information as to when this issue is likely to be addressed.  I have recently created a file for my SWMSF and am using these values as my benchmarks for SMSF performance.

    Hi.  This issue has now been the case for years, so it is clearly not a technical problem.  I'm assuming it is commercial.  When is Reckon going to sot it out?
