customer statements need to separate purchase and receipt to separate columns

The standard customer statement lists all payments and purchases in a single column. We need to separate the payments from the purchases to ensure the customer is clear on what is purchased and what is owing. None of the statement templates seem to do this. Is there a way of doing this is Reckon Premier or would I have to ODBC out to excel?

Welcome to the Reckon Community and thank you for posting your question.
As the statements run on a ledger based system, they are locked in by date. It is not possible to change the structure the inputted data appears in.
As we do no support third party software, I am unsure if you are able to export and edit the file in MS Excel. Though if someone in the Community has tried something like this, hopefully they can pass on some of their experience.
