Sync Quickbooks with Method Integration not working on Windows 8.

I have a problem when I try to Sync Quickbooks with Method Integration/QX. It says that the Quickbooks is not open, but it is open with the updated file. Does it have to do with Windows or any configuration on Quickbooks would create that? Can anybody HELP, please?

Hey Carla,
I've done a quick Google search, ME is a 3rd party software which we do not know much about. It may be not be compatible with Reckon Accounts and may only be for the US version which is supplied by Intuit. As with all 3rd party software, it would be best to contact the 3rd Party, in this case Method Integration.
