How do I audit Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2013 activated installations ?

I need to complete an audit of the Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2013 activated installations at a site I am working with. How do I obtain a list of activated installations associated with their Installation Key Code ?

    Hi Jim,

    Welcome to the Community. Whilst it is not possible to check the amount of active installations within the product you can contact our Customer Service team on 1800 RECKON. They will be able to search the IKC you provide them and check our database and provide you the figure.
