I am using 3dcart and can export all my sales orders via csv file. Is there anyway i can import this file, instead on individually adding in each sales order? Like importing in your paypal accounts....

    Hi Melissa

An add-on for Reckon Accounts called Zed Axis Transaction Importer is capable of importing transactions into Reckon via a CSV file.  You can find out a little more about it here:

    http://reckonhelp.com.au/Addon_ZedAxis.htm

If you send email me a typical csv file, I can look at it and advise whether Zed can do it straight off or whether you might need to add some extra data during the import process.

I have spoken with Zed Axis and the Australian hosted version is not supported with this product, any other ideas?

    Hi Melissa,

Unfortunately Reckon Accounts Hosted does not support 3rd party applications.

A desktop version will interact with the 3rd party.

    regards,
    John
