why are none of my remittance advices appearing?

Hi Nicole,
Have you selected the correct bank account and date range?
Also if you are trying to email, have you entered email addresses for your suppliers?

A remittance advice is not available if you use the Write Cheques option. I usually use this option even though I am paying by Internet Banking because we don't need to enter payments in Accounts as they come in.
