If this does not resolve your error, please let me know and provide further detail on your set up (which year and version of Reckon Accounts, your operating system etc).

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled !szFileBuffer.empty0. My Reckon accounts Pro 2014 wont open, it says !szFileBuffer.empty0. I have read that it is suggested that this program may need to be uninstalled and then reinstalled but I dont have my Product key. So what can I do??
