POS Transfer Issue

I have a client who uses POS (I have no idea about POS), and he is having issues this morning. He has transferred the data from POS to Accounts, but not all of the transactions have gone through. There are 2 transactions that still sit in POS and will not transfer across to Accounts. Could a POS expert please help?

    Hi Austin

    Can you email me the end of Day file that is not posting and I will have a quick look at it for you.  If will be a file with a name like this:
    QBPst - terminalname - yymmdd hhmmss - 001.pos
    located in the same folder as the QBPOS.pdb database

    Include your contact details and the message if you have written it down.  Don't try to repost as it may duplicate the transactions that are ok.
