Hours Worked Calculation

when I enter in the number of hours worked in the fortnight (fortnightly pays), reckon is taking my 76 hrs entry and changing it to show a different amount. How can I get it to stay as how I enter it.

I would just like to confirm what software you are using?

Reckon Accounts
Payroll Premier

Also to be a little more accurate are you putting in 76hrs or 76.5hrs (for example) because there is an option in Reckon Accounts that enables you to input working hours in decimal or minute format which could be causing the issue.

If you are using Reckon Accounts and think you may have this issue please try the following.

Click Edit
Click Preferences
Click General
Click Company Preferences
Select either Decimal or Minutes in the Time Format section.
Try to input your amount again.

Hi Sheree, did you work out how to solve this? Payroll is doing same to me, it's defaulting to 1 hour regardless of what i type in!
