I use ReckonAccounts Home & Business 2013.
I can't print to PDF. I have meticulously been through the knowledge base ID 3577, 3952 and 4546...without success. I have no problem emailing.
I am running a pretty standard PC...Windows 7, Office 2013. I have not spent several hours trying to resolve this!
Any further suggestions?
Regards,
Scott.

Scott mate, I regret to say you are not on your patma. I too have been down this path. Alls I can suggest is you use the built in Administrator account if you haven't already. This means you need to turn the account on. It also means you need to log on as Administrator. It's the last shot in the locker Scott. I was hoping this had been fixed for good in 2014 but alas, it has not.

Scott mate, if you get stuck I can have a crack at fixing this remotely. I've done this just recently using Team Viewer. Kevin t:04077449140

Hi Scott
Right click on reckon icon then run as administrator. Sometimes, this error message only appears on the first use. Try it again and it just may work.

Thank you both. Have been through both of these suggestions too. And yes, still getting Error code -41. Any other suggestions would be appreciated? Surely this has a solution?
After 16 years using Reckon software...this has just about converted me to Xero.

Hi Scott,
KB: http://kb.reckon.com.au//issue_view.asp?ID=4464
contains a few other suggestions, if you have not already tried them:- assign the Quicken PDF printer to the LPT1 port,
- repair the Quicken PDF Printer;
- reinstall the Quicken PDF Printer
