How do I upgrade from Reckon 2013 Personal to Reckon 2013 Personal Plus

Purchased POS disk Reckon Accounts in May 2013. Last copy on the shelf. I had previously been a MS Money user on XP. Now using Windows 8.1. Until today when I tried to input investment data, I did not realise that Investment & Tax were only on Personal Plus.
How do I upgrade to Personal Plus now that I have Personal installed.

Hi Diane,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Call Customer Service on 1300 RECKON and purchase a Personal Plus Upgrade. They will give you a new Installation Key Code.

In your Accounts Personal, click on Help > License Information > Start over with a new Installation Key >. enter your new IKC.

That will upgrade your existing installation to a Personal Plus and you will be able to use the investment features.

BTW, if you want to use GST tax features, you will need to upgrade to Home & Business.
