    Hi Chris. You should do a verify and rebuild on the file. If it's on a network drive, copy it to the local drive first.

    You can install teamviewer get it here teamviewer.com You only need to install it for non commercial purposes. Costs nothing. And you can uninstall it immediately after if you like.
