The 'other leave 1' is amended to NIL on screen, but still appears on payslip, how can I fix this?

    Hi Karen,
Best place is to go to templates and edit the payslip to not have the 'other leave 1' show.

    Cheers

Thanks, already done  that and was hoping there was a way to fix it.  I've deleted all the pays that I thought was creating the problem, re-entered them but it seems that they've been overwritten (aka fixed) in the employee profile which doesn't reflect to the payslip.  Most annoying.

Sooo... is the Field completely blank or does it have '0' in it?

any chance for a Screen shot.....

Windows 7&8 have cute little program called 'Snipping Tool' (or you can download a similar program for free) Capture the part of the payslip of concern...

Have tried both zeros and blanks and still can't get rid of the YTD used on the payslip.

    Hi Karen,
what i would do is ...
go 'Lists' / 'templates' / Payslip (choose the one you use)/ edit template /

then either layout designer or additional customization....
    under additional customization / header/ un-tick: other 1
under layout designer / click on the appropriate fields and click remove (use the undo button if it takes the wrong thing away. or hit cancel)

see if this gets a better result.

    cheers
