I'll spoken to Support and the reason for this is the user didn't have any administrator rights.  I followed the instructions from the Knowledge Browser and still it didn't work.

Whoever set up the computer removed all administrator rights for users and we haven't managed to work out how to get them back.

I logged on as Administrator and the installation worked fine.

Hey Thanks for the follow up Kay. Strange set up that one? Word of warning to all setting up Operating Systems, always set up Admin rights for certain users :) it will save a lot of hassle when something goes wrong!

I'm sure this will be greatly appreciated by other Community members.
