Quicken Personal 2011 Licence problem

A week ago my installation of Quicken Personal started telling me that it appeared to be installed on a different PC and insisted on having the Licence renewed. This was finally managed by contacting Reckon and getting a new Licence Key. Now I can open the program BUT every day it tells me the same message as above and I have to Apply the new licence key via Internet in order to open Quicken. This is getting a bit frustrating and if anyone can tell me how to resolve it I would be grateful.

    The first step(running as Administrator) seems to have resolved it at this stage, no recurrences for  a few days. Hopefully I will not have to do any more steps.
