You will need a usb to serial converter.

Correct Andrew The serial to usb converter should create a com port you can attach the scales to. Is there a software disk with the converter?

You need an Aten usb to serial converter then. It will do the trick. And the software comes with it. Cheers

try to virtualize your connections https://www.eltima.com/pos-software-port-virtualization-technology/
This technology could be integrated to any POS software.

    Hi Vahid,
since the driver now give you Com 9 as the port number, you can try right click and go to properties on the port and change the port number to port 7 or anything smaller.
after change the Port number try restart the PC and see if the POS can pick up the scale now.
