My employer uses Reckon Accounts. As they own two companies, we have one user for one company, and another for the other company. I swtiched into the non parent company 'file' to do payroll. All worked fine, but when I switched back into the parent company file and went to look at a paycheck, it said the attached error message. I've swtiched accounts before with no issues. No one else is using the system. How can I get into paycheck details without the error? Thanks, image

    Hi Kellie,

This definitely means that Eddy is doing something that is conflicting with what you are trying to do.

In cases like this I would suggest asking Eddy to logout and log back in to see if that fixes your issue?

    Kind regards,
