Reckon Point of Sale Lite 2012-2013 version

I am using the Reckon Point of Sale Lite 2012-2013 version, when i try to scan the product barcode in, it comes up with a message saying 'there are held transactions to retrieve' and i am unable to use the POS anymore. Can anyone help me with this proplem? Thanks
