problem setting up usb scanner that comes with starter 2014 pos

unable to find how to set up this scanner with the tilda ~ thing

    John mate there should be a series of bar codes with the scanner. If not they will be in the manual which is in a pdf format in the support folder on the cd. If you get stuck let me know and I can email them to you.

    Yep there is a series of bar codes with the scanner, but not one of them says Tilda, scanner is the Senor 320usb one would of thought setting it up in usb mode would fix this problem, and yes to being emailed the codes
