Problem with Personal Plus 2015 on 64 bit machine? Unable to adjust columns Reports or Portfolio -

Anyone had problems with Reckon Personal Plus 2015 on a 64 bit machine? Unable to adjust column width on Reports or Portfolio views - column just minimises and can't be restored. No problem on a 32 bit machine.

Thank you for contacting Reckon Community.

I have tested on my 64 bit machine, and I can adjust the columns width at both the area you have mentioned. See the attached screenshots and note the colomn width for Gain/Loss. Which is bigger on 2nd screenshot.

I believe the issue may be local to your PC. Please try below suggestions:

Select the Program to run as administrator.

Right click on the Reckon Icon, on the desktop, go to properties
Go to compatibility tab
Select the option Run as administrator , OK and apply.
Open your Reckon and see if that helps.

2. If the issue persists try reinstalling the program.

Exact same problem with Reckon Accounts Home & Business 2020. The columns get minimised and cannot open/widen them again! Have to close & open Quicken in order to be able to read those columns. Listed solution does not work.
