Reckon Accounts Pro 2014 R3 problem with tax table

Hi all,

Just installed the Reckon Accounts Pro 2014 R3 update. It's now telling me there's a problem with my tax table, and I should call Reckon stating error code TTF. I called Reckon on the number provided, but they say they can't help me unless I call their premium rate number. Has anyone come across this issue, or better yet a solution?

The error message reads:

Reckon Account Tax Table

There appears to be a problem with your tax table
Payroll will now be disabled

[ Please contact Reckon on 1800 732 566 stating error code TTF ]

    Hi All,

    This is only an FYI -
    If anyone is experiencing this issue with Reckon Accounts Business 2015 and Windows 10, a user has reported that reverting back to Windows 8 had resolved the issue.
