Recording labour against service items

Hi,

I have 2 employees for which l want to capture their hours worked by "job no" and "service item ie activity".

I can allocate a service item to the permanent employee but not the casual as per the below screenshots.

Casual employee?

How can l get around this?

Hi Vicky,

Have you checked to see if in the employee record they are ticked for recording timesheet data? The tick box is directly underneath the box where you can enter the hourly rate, salary, etc.

I have now ticked and screen now looks the same.
