Inventory item list shows wrong quantity compared to quick report

I looked at inventory item list on 20/10 and showed 0 quantise on hand. Ran quick report on that item and it stated that 34 items where on hand.

Why difference

this happened within 5 min of each other and I was the only one on the system at the time

    Possibly had different date range entered.

    Hi Allan,

    As Vic said you are probably looking at a different date range. The item list will be inclusive of all dates, whereas the report may have been today's date or a date in the past.

    Re-run the report on all dates and see if something has been future dated.

    goto 'file' 'utilities' 'rebuild data,

    could make a difference
