Reinstallation Of Reckon Is A Pain In The ****

I recently reinstalled my operating system (Windows 7). Consequently I have had to reinstall Reckon. I've just fired up Reckon for the first time and I get the message "This is not the original machine you installed Reckon on. You need to purchase another copy." Well it is the original machine. It is the only copy installed on any PC in home. It is not the first time I've had to go through this hassle. Why do I have to put up with this when I am a legitimate purchaser?

    Hi Cyril, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.

    If so sometimes changes made to your PC such as Windows updates can interfere with the software registration.

    If you have an internet connection on your PC please select next to that message and then choose the options "Apply the renewal automatically using the internet" and click OK. If online registration does not work, please give customer service a call on 1800 RECKON.
