Personal plus 15 hangs and reports not responding

This 'hang' usually occurs after working in one of the investment accounts (this includes just viewing contents and not necessarily entering data). It happens when I exit the account by clicking on another account. I have conducted a full rebuild of my PC included wiping all discs clean. Reckon Personal Plus was then installed from Disc without any other program being installed - not even Outlook. The 'hang' is still there.

Hey Glen, try to validate and if need be super-validate the file. See if this issue remains. Also could you test you you experience the same issue with a sample file - if not, it would support my initial though that there maybe a corruption with the data file (in particular one of your accounts). ^Mirko

Thank you Mirko for your brilliantly quick reply. I have validated and super validated the file. I have not been able to generate the hang since then ... but the hang is intermittent, so I am a bit nervous.
I do not think it is the file as I run a second (licenced) copy of Quicken on another computer at another site - and copy files between them. The system runs perfectly at that second site.
Leave this with me for a few days and I'll let you know if the validation/supervalidation fixed the issue
