Installing more than one version of Personal on same PC?

I tried to up grade the new 2015 version it tells me to un install all other versions Im not comfortable with this but is this what you are suppose to do? I am using the 2014 Accounts personal plus package now

    Karen it's fine. You cannot have more than one version of the personal range on any single computer. When you install the new version it will find your old files. I would back everything up just in case however.
