Printing to nowhere

Hi all,

Currently using Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2014 in a Terminal Server environment (2 Servers).
The DB is stored on Term1 and user utilise both Term1 and Term2 to access it.
When users are on Term1 (has user multimode available) try to print, it go through the process, hits the print queue and then disappears before printing. They are able to normally from Term1 so not directly a printer issue.
If they try and print from Term2 (no user multimode) it works fine.
Term1 is preferable due to user multimode as we have 4 people constantly accessing the same files. But this no printing from Term1 is really killing their productivity.

Anyone got any potential fixes?

Hi Ben,

Try adding the users to the admin group and see if that works.

Thanks Hoang,
Just resolved it about 15 minutes ago.
The printer drivers where out of date which allowed for normal Microsoft printing, but not Reckon.
