    Hi Priscilla,

    You need to look at your item list.

    It is possible that some of your items you sell are pointing to the bank account instead of the income account.

    Are they appearing in undeposited funds as well? Or the bank twice?

    Hi Priscilla, In addition to Sally's point, before you change any of your items I would recommend performing an End Of Day and posting the transaction. Then after you have made the required changes to your items perform a transfer so as to have everything set for the new day's trading. Regards, Chris
