I cannot print to pdf anymore, the only option available is to print to .oxps or .xps. It was working fine up to a few days ago, now it's not working.  I am using reckon accounts hosted

    Hi Joel,

Which screen are you in? If you go to Print as normal it will display as a pdf which you can then save to your local computer.

Or is it that your printer is not showing at all?

    Kind regards,

    Hi Sally

When I'm printing from my invoices list in reckon, I choose the microsoft xps document writer option, which would normally turn the document int a pdf folder to save in my computer and then attach to an email later.  It used to work fine, however now when I go to save the document in my computer, it only allows me to save it as an oxps or xps folder - pdf is no longer an option.

I have managed to convert the folders in my computer to pdf, however when I attempt to open them, adobe is saying it is unable to open the document, even though it has an extension of .pdf and is opened with adobe acrobat reader.

    Hi Joel,

Are you using the Hosted or Desktop version?

You have posted this in the Hosted version and thus the printing process is quite different.

    Kind regards,
