i have lost the 2 blue button when i open my account

    Hi Haange, thanks for your post and welcome to the Reckon Community.

    Please let me know the functions of those two blue buttons and also the product which you are using?

    If it is Reckon Accounts Hosted and you mean to say that UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD buttons are missing, then please try to reset the browser or try with Google Chrome.
