Can email invoices but not payslips

Am using Reckon Premier 2014 - with Office 365.  I can email invoices easily but not payslips??

    Hi Kirsten so what's happening when you try to email payslips?

    nothing.  they have always been able to email invoices though, and just trying to email payslips now.  have changed employee settings etc & can select forms/payslips to email.  takes ages & then brings up about 11,000 invoices to re-email, but just won't go to the normal screen to email payslips
