We have noticed, the use of CRMs like ZOHO, SugarCRM, Sales Force, has been increasing and there are lots of RA users .We are able to help if you are having problems and wish to integrate into RA. Can also look into zen cart integration.

G'day Chandra. Good suggestion, as you know from our discussions, we are very keen on integrating sugarCRM (and now suiteCRM) into RA environment, for WORKFLOW opportunities, particularly for the Building/Construction Industry. Its definitely a growing space

I'm certainly interested in the Zoho connection (light weight & economical for a small service business).
We are just starting out and Zoho looks like it fits us. We are planning on expanding to Reckon Hosted.

Its US based crm, i doubt they have open api, but if you are able to get into on excel or csv , we can automate into RA

Infusionsoft definitely integrates with Quickbooks but I'm not aware of anyone integrating with Reckon. It can import/export data in excel or CSV. I have an Infusionsoft consultant wanting a contact at Reckon to discuss this. Can I pass on your name, and telephone number please?

YES, nearly all US based CRM integrates with Intuits accounting products.
